Collection of Musée d'Art et d'Histoire


The Musée d'Art et d'Histoire, Museum of Art and History, is one of the largest museum groups in Switzerland.  Located in the city center of Geneva, Switzerland, the museum dates back to 1826.  The world renowned collection dates from antiquity and prehistoric times through present day contemporary art.  The fine arts section of the art gallery displays over 400 paintings including pieces by Renoir, Monet, Sisley, Pissaro, Cezanne, Modigliani, Chagall and Picasso
