Collection of Museum Boymans van Beuningen


Museum Boymans van Beuningen is one of the oldest museums in the Netherlands.  Founded in 1847 by Frans Jacob Otto Boijmans, it is the main art gallery in Rotterdam, Netherlands.  From the Middle Ages to the twenty first century the museum showcases some of Europe’s greatest masterpieces with collections of old masters, modern and contemporary art, applied arts and design.  The museum houses pieces from Van Eyck, Rubens, Hieronymous Bosch, Rembrandt, Monet, Warhol, Kandinsky, Magritte, and Dalí
