Collection of Indianapolis Museum of Art


Located in Indianapolis, Indiana the Indianapolis Museum of Art is the eighth largest encyclopedic art museum in the United States.  The collection contains over 54,000 works including significant selections of African, American, Asian, European and Contemporary art as well as design arts.  The pieces include paintings, sculpture, furniture and design objects, prints, drawings, photographs, textiles and costumes.  Highlights comprise work by Gauguin, Bernard, Turner, Rembrandt, Seurat, Picasso, Matisse, O’Keefe, Hopper, Van Gogh, and more.
