Collection of The Museum of Modern Art

If you are in New York City be sure to make your way to midtown to see Van Gogh’s masterpiece. While The Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York does not have as many Van Gogh’s as New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Museum of Modern Art has possibly the most famous Van Gogh painting ever created Starry Night. Set amidst one of the world’s greatest collections of modern art stands Starry Night. Acquired in 1941, Starry Night is one of three Van Goghs at The Museum of Modern Art; other works include The Olive Trees, 1889 and Portrait of Joseph Roulin, 1889.
